Corrections and source concerns
Submit a specific correction or privacy concern about a page or cited source, and read the publication's change log.
Request a correction
Send the page address, the wording you dispute and the source or explanation supporting your request. Reports are private. Do not include passwords, payment details, private addresses, victim identities or confidential documents.
What to include
Identify the page and quote the wording you dispute. Explain the proposed correction and identify any supporting court order, agency record or other source. For a concern about an external document, identify the particular document and the observed problem.
You may also report a broken source, a misleading attribution or private information that should not be reproduced. A reply address is optional.
Keep the request relevant
Use plain text. Do not submit attachments, passwords, payment details, identity documents or identifying information about minors. Include only the personal information necessary to explain the concern.
A source URL can help identify a record. Providing a URL does not make it verified or mean that its contents will be accepted as evidence.
Private submission form
The form submits to this website's private corrections inbox. It accepts the page URL, disputed wording, your explanation and an optional reply address. No account, password or identity document is required. Attachments are not accepted, and submitted URLs are not automatically fetched.
The form is intended for pages on this website. A concern about an external source can be explained in the message alongside the relevant source reference. If you want a reply, provide an address you are comfortable sharing with the publication operator.
Requests are removed from the active inbox within 30 days. Hosting infrastructure may retain earlier copies in backups or logs under the provider's policies. Read the privacy page before submitting sensitive information.
How requests are reviewed
Requests are reviewed against the wording on the page and the available source record. A correction may change the summary, attribution, scope note or citation. An update may add a later development without changing an accurate historical account.
There is no guaranteed response time, and a reply cannot be promised for every submission. Material corrections and substantive updates are described below without publishing the submitter's reply address or unnecessary private information.
Change log
This log distinguishes factual corrections, later source updates and presentation changes. Dates in the log describe publication changes; they do not replace the dates of the cited court events or the stated research review.
Publication changes
/ Editorial and privacy
Added editorial, corrections and privacy information.
- Clarified the independent publication identity, the distinction between source authorship and hosting, and the limits of historical records and commentary.
- Explained the corrections process, private submission handling, active-inbox retention and optional external media. These changes do not revise the reported court outcomes.
- Paused the external action for the September 2024 reconsideration order after its independent host failed certificate validation on 19 October. The citation and availability limit remain visible; no secure replacement copy was verified.
/ Presentation
Clarified navigation and source labels.
- Replaced decorative text symbols with interface icons and used ASCII interface copy, including the written Section label in the legal reference.
- Changed video and document actions to descriptive source labels. These presentation changes do not change the reported court outcomes or establish current criminal-docket status.
