Independent Records Review / Publication information
Privacy and external sources
How the publication handles correction requests, public-record details and optional external media.
Public reporting and personal information
The site publishes selected information from cited public records and attributed public statements. It excludes private contact details, sensitive personal identifiers and identifying information about minors from its own summaries.
External documents can contain information that is not reproduced on this site. Their publishers control those documents and may apply different privacy practices. A specific concern can be raised through the corrections page.
Correction requests
Provide only the information needed to identify the page, disputed wording and proposed correction. A reply address is optional. Do not submit confidential documents or sensitive information about other people.
The same-origin form sends the page URL, disputed wording, explanation and optional reply address to a private inbox on Cloudflare infrastructure. A random reference and receipt and expiry timestamps are also stored. Submissions are not added to public pages or the public records data, and inbox access is restricted to the publication operator.
The form accepts plain text and does not accept attachments. No external form or email delivery service is used for the submission, and source URLs in a message are not automatically fetched.
The publication's public change log may describe a verified correction or later source update. It does not need to reproduce a private submission or identify the person who reported the issue.
Retention and abuse prevention
Correction requests are removed from the active inbox within 30 days. A source-based correction or publication change-log entry may remain public after the original request is removed; it does not need to include the submitter's private message or reply address.
The application does not store raw IP addresses. It uses a secret-derived identifier based on an IP address to limit repeated submissions. This identifier is kept separately from correction requests and removed from the active rate-limit store within one hour.
Deletion from the active application store is not a promise of immediate physical erasure. Cloudflare's recovery system may retain earlier database states for up to 30 days, and infrastructure logs or backups may retain information according to the provider's policies.
Optional media and outbound sources
Local video clips and their posters are served from this site. Rumble's embedded player loads only after you choose to play the broadcast. Loading that player connects your browser to Rumble, which can process information under its own policies.
Source actions take you to the displayed external publisher or platform. That destination can process connection information and use cookies under its own policies. A Telegram citation does not subscribe you to a channel or automatically load a Telegram player on this site.
Hosting, security and limits
Cloudflare provides this site's hosting and request handling. Hosting and security infrastructure can process connection information, including IP addresses, to deliver and protect the service. This is separate from the information intentionally stored in a correction request.
No website can promise absolute anonymity or security. Avoid sending highly sensitive material. The publication can change its practices as the service changes; material changes to this notice will be dated in the change log.
